Highly qualified and knowledgeable personnel that cumulatively have more than 100 years of experience spanning resources, rail, craneage, operations, and HSEQ.

Develop our workgroup to make smarter decisions infield, which covers an area of 502,000km2. We promote and expect our people to be empowered to make best outcome decisions especially given they may find themselves working with a diverse range of clients. To support this is to continue our commitment to be connected and engaged with our people and our supply chain partners and promote a dialogue that is ever evolving, but committed to personal and organisation growth.

Company Directors

One of the founding members and Managing Director, Bernie Johnson, has over 25 years’ experience in the crane, construction, oil and gas and mining industries. He commenced his Pilbara crane career in 1995 at Brambles Industrial Services (BIS) as the regional Northwest Operations Manager in Port Hedland. Mr Johnson then took up the position of Northwest Operations Manager with Boom Logistics from 2004 until January 2008. Norwest Crane Hire Pty Ltd was then founded in partnership with his long-time partner Toni Jessop.
